Magic Moments Co. Refund Policy

All deposits and payments made to Magic Moment Co. are non- refundable. When a booking is confirmed, your event date and time are reserved exclusively for you and removed from availabity for other clients. Because this prevents us from accepting other bookings during that time, cancellations made by the client will not recieve refund, including events that have been paid in full.

Deposits & payments will only be refunded in the event that Magic Moments Co. must cancel or is unable to accommodate the booking as agreed.

 

By submitting a deposit, the client acknowledges and agrees to this refund policy.
